I made this cake for my nephew's 2nd Birthday. He loves fast cars and trucks so I thought this was perfect. He also liked the idea of keeping the trucks when the cake was gone.
To make the track I used 2 8" round cakes. Cut an equal amount off of each cake and slide them side by side to create the figure 8.
