This cake is covered with buttercream icing. The leaves and acorns are made from fondant/gumpaste mixture.

- I found a new hobby - cake decorating. In 2007 I took Wilton Cake Decorating classes at our local craft store. Since then people want me to bake and decorate cakes for them. It gives me something to do in my spare time.
