This cake is from Wilton Course 3. We learned how to cover the cakeboard in fondant and cut out designs for the cake. The idea of this cake is to look like a bonnet. I personally don't like this very much, but everyone has their preference!!! It is a good idea, but mine didn't turn out as well as I'd like. You live, you learn!
