This cake is carved from a chocolate cake and covered in chocolate buttercream icing. Just a little snack for Super Bowl XLIII
Winter Birthday - Diego
This was for my nephew's 3rd birthday. Man are they all growing up!!!!
His birthday is in December so what better way to say Happy Birthday in a COLD month than a Diego Snowboarding on your cake?
All buttercream icing except for the Diego figurine.
