The latest cake is this fabulous reindeer all tangled up in lights! Everything is buttercream icing. Happy Holidays!

This cake is all buttercream icing. "Grandma" has been watching these cats while "Mama" has been out of town. They wanted to thank her!!! I was given some pictures of these cats and copied their poses with icing.

Quick Tip: to achieve black icing it's best to start with a chocolate base. Black tends to bleed on the cakes and if black icing is used it cuts back on the bleeding and you also get a true black rather than a gray or deep purple color.
